Cancelling your subscription is simple and only takes a few moments. The exact steps depend on where you originally purchased your subscription, so please follow the instructions that apply to you below.
If You Purchased Your Subscription Through the FitFast Website
If you signed up directly on our website, you can manage and cancel your subscription yourself by following these steps:
Log in using the email address you used when signing up
Once logged in, select Cancel my subscription
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Important: If you cancel and later change your mind, no worries. You can easily undo the cancellation and reactivate your subscription at any time with just one click, as long as your plan has not yet expired.
If You Subscribed on an iPhone (Apple In-App Purchase)
If you purchased your subscription through the iOS app, it is managed entirely by Apple and renews automatically.
To cancel or make changes, please go to your Apple App Store account settings and manage your subscriptions from there. We do not have direct access to Apple subscriptions and are unable to cancel them on your behalf.
If You Subscribed on an Android Device (Google In-App Purchase)
If you purchased your subscription through the Android app, your subscription is managed by Google and is automatically renewed.
To cancel or manage your subscription, please visit your Google Play Store account and open the subscriptions section. Changes made there will apply immediately according to Google’s policies.
