You can permanently delete your Carnify account in several ways. Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding, as account deletion is irreversible.
Option 1: Contact Our Support Team
You may request account deletion by contacting our support team through our website.
Submit a request asking for your account and all associated data to be permanently deleted
For security reasons, we will verify your request and ask you to confirm the deletion
Once confirmed, your account and all stored data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered
Option 2: Delete Your Account in the Carnify App
You can delete your account directly from within the Carnify app by following these steps:
Open the Carnify app
Go to the Profile section using the bottom menu
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account
Review the information shown about account deletion
Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account
Important Information
Account deletion is final and cannot be undone
All personal data, progress, and history will be permanently deleted
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions
Please make sure to cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account
Data deletion does not trigger a refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact customer support before deleting your account
