No worries, your Carnify plan is available directly inside the app. The steps depend on where and how you subscribed.
If you subscribed through the app (iOS or Android – In-App Purchase):
Fully close the Carnify app (remove it from the app switcher).
Reopen the app.
Tap Unlock My Plan.
On the plan selection screen, scroll down and select Restore Purchase.
Your subscription will automatically sync and your plan will be activated in the app.
If you subscribed via the Carnify website:
Look for your purchase confirmation email (also check spam or junk folders).
Download the Carnify app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using the same email address and password you used during checkout.
Your personalized plan will appear immediately after logging in.
Important:
Your plan is not sent by email. All Carnify plans are accessed exclusively inside the app.
