Make sure the email address is entered correctly. Avoid using auto-fill, as it may insert an incorrect or old email address.
Verify your password
Double-check your password and ensure correct capitalization, as passwords are case-sensitive.
Reset your password
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the steps to set a new password.
